What's the origin of Wowee?
Wowee features a picture of a dog in the mall, where the owner was shopping or browsing then took a picture of his dog.
Later he wanted the picture to get “memed”, (turned into a reaction image on the internet) because he thought his dog made a cute face.
The emote was created cropping and mirroring the original picture.
Wowee was added to the FrankFaceZ collection in late-2018 by user GreenSnowDog.
