Hey you, you’re finally awake is a memorable quote and image macro from the 2011 triple A video game, The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.
It is always arising in relation to someone losing their consciousness only to find themselves on a cart traversing the snowy mountainsides of Skyrim, with Ralof of Riverwood sitting in front of you, saying the words “Hey you, you’re finally awake”.
Online, the format is also called Toddrolling and Skyrimrolling.
