What's the origin of I Just Think They’re Neat?

“I just think they’re neat” can be heard in the season 5, episode 19 chapter of The Simpsons, titled Sweet Seymour Skinner’s Baadasssss Song.

It is the 100th episode of the series and had aired on April 28th, 1994.

In the episode, Bart is dissuaded from bringing his home videos to the show and tell in school and is instead proposed a potato, by Marge, who supported her idea by saying “I just think they’re neat”.
