In one of the scenes, viewers are presented with a retired Thor, living alongside Korg (portrayed by Chris Hemsworth and Taika Waititi respectively) in New Asgard, while the latter is playing Fortnite, getting harassed by “Noobmaster69”.
Thor then proceeds to take Korg’s headset and threaten the player.

Soon after the film’s premier, discussions sprawled up online, with many speculating about the identity of “Noobmaster69”.
The most popular theory stated that the identity of the player was indeed Deadpool, due to the merger of Disney and 20th Century Fox, which enabled the introduction of Deadpool into the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
In 2021, the identity of “Noobmaster69” was revealed to the masses in a tie-in commercial for both Xbox and the Netflix series titled The Falcon and The Winter Soldier.
It is here, Anthony Mackie (known for his role of Falcon) and D.C. Pierson are seen talking, the latter of which appeared in the 2014 Captain America: Winter Soldier in the role of Aaron.
During the Xbox commercial, Aaron mentions to Falcon that his gamertag is “Noobmaster69” ending the speculation about the identity of the player.
