“Ora ora ora” is exclaimed by Star Platinum, the Stand of Jotaro Kujo, with the first instance of the phrase appearing in JoJo’s Bizarre Adventures Part 3: Stardust Crusaders’ Chapter 119.
The chapter was released as a manga on May 8th, 1989.
“Ora ora ora” has since then been a characteristic element of the manga and anime series, with various stands exclaiming other phrases such as Muda Muda Muda.
