While the phrase is claimed by many to be originating from the Japanes anime, Dragon Ball Z, the line never actually occurred in the series.
People connect the phrase “this isn’t even my final form” to the character Frieza, who supposedly said it in his third form, after his foes had thought they had defeated him.
This scene, however doesn’t exist, it is a Mandela Effect occurring in the meme sphere.
One of the earliest cases of the “this isn’t even my final form” can be traced back to a post uploaded to FunnyJunk on September 24th, 2011.
The post contained a photo of a sculpture, made from the head of Woody from Toy Story and several towers of breasts, captioned with the catchphrase.
