What's the origin of We’re in the Endgame Now?

Avengers: Infinity War premiered in the United States on April 23rd, 2018.

In one of the scenes, Dr. Strange gives up an infinity stone to Thanos (portrayed by Benedict Cumberbatch and Josh Brolin respectively) and tells Tony Stark (played by Robert Downey Jr.) “We’re in the endgame now”.

The quote itself refers to the 2019 Avengers film, Avengers: Endgame.
