The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers premiered in the United States on December 5th, 2002.
One of the scenes involve Gandalf attempting to free King Théoden (portrayed by Sir Ian McKellen and Bernard Hill respectively) from the mind-control spell of Saruman (played by Sir Christopher Lee).
It is here, that King Théoden (or rather Saruman through his body) says the line “You have no power here”.
