The term was first used in the Rick and Morty episode Ricksy Business Season 1 Episode 11 which was released in April of 2014.
Used as a catchphrase Rick Sanchez in what seem like moments of happieness, butlater clarified by Birdperson to mean “I am in great pain, please help me.”.
