The Fitnessgram Pacer Test is originally a method of measuring the cardiac capacities of children, in several stages during the test.
It consists of several stages, most importantly running, pushups and sit-ups. The growing intensity and difficulty of the exercise is notorious amongst children, because it is often practiced on sports classes across the world.
The maximum of the test is 247. It serves to see the maximum of laps, or exercises a person can do.
The Fitnessgram Pacer Test was originally made in 1982, to measure the oxygen use and capabilities of athletes and children.
It is used in lots of institutions, so it is widely known and discussed, with it being the themes of student conversations and even memes, the beeps still haunt the ones, who endured the hardships of the test.
In 2016 Vines started to spread across the internet, with the Fitnessgram Pacer Test’s audio footage.
Clips from the cartoon Spongebob and from films, such as Hunger Games and 8 Mile as well as a lot of other footage have been used with the Test. Apart from Vines, the Test is much appreciated on the /r/copypasta thread of Reddit.
