What does Wheel, Snipe, Celly mean?
A Canadian hockey slang, where “wheel” means skating fast, “snipe” means shoot and “celly” is short for celebrate.
Skate, shoot a goal, and celebrate, exactly how hockey should be done.
It has also been used as a reference to flirting with and picking up women.
“Wheel” means approach, “snipe” means sleep with and “celly” being celebrate, just like in the hockey version, as both is ultimately about scoring a goal.

What's the origin of Wheel, Snipe, Celly?
The slang was first heard of in the Canadian YouTube web series Letterkenny Problems in 2013. The episode was titled “Hockey players”, and the slang term was a hockey reference.
In 2015, Letterkenny became a TV series, and “wheel, snipe, celly!” has been referred to multiple times since.
