Everyone Disliked That refers to a screenshot of an interface message in the role-playing video game Fallout 4.
Throughout the game, if two or more of your teammates or companions didn’t like your recent action and/or decision, it can notify you about it.
The image was circulating online, using it as a reaction to imply a strong disapproval with something.
Origin
What's the origin of Everyone Disliked That?
On November 10th, 2015, Bethesda Softworks released the video game that inspired the now popular meme, Fallout 4.
Players discovered that they can react to different actions by changing their affinity level. So if one player picks a lock, it will trigger a positive reaction from some and negative from other players.
The player is notified by these notification messages of the change in their affinity level. If more than one companion reacts to the action, the player receives messages, such as “Everyone liked/disliked that”.
The screenshot first appeared on Reddit, on August 30th, 2017 when a user posted it to /r/gaming subreddit. The post gained over 19,600 upvotes in the following days.

After the picture was shared to /r/MemeEconomy subreddit on September 20th, 2017, the picture gained a moderate spread and attention.
