What's the origin of Perfection?

X-Men: First Class premiered in the United States on May 25th, 2011.

In one of the scenes Erik Magnus Lehnsherr, also known as Magneto, is being seduced by the shapeshifting Raven (played by Michael Fassbender and Jennifer Lawrence respectively), who initially transforms into an attractive blonde woman (portrayed by Rebecca Romijn).

Magneto then says, “I prefer the real Raven”.

When Raven then transforms into a form with human-like skin, he replies “I said the real Raven”.

It is after she turns into her blue appearance that Erik utters the line “Perfection”.

Over the years, the meme became a popular and enduring format, similar to the Galaxy Brain series.
